Refund policy

We want you to love your COOLARC gear. If you're not satisfied, we offer a 30-day return policy.

ELIGIBILITY
You have 30 days from the delivery date to request a return. Items must be unused, unwashed, and in their original packaging.

HOW TO START A RETURN
Email jingchun_jiang@163.com with your order number and reason. We'll send you return instructions.

REFUNDS
Once we receive and inspect your return, we'll notify you. Approved refunds are issued to your original payment method within 5–10 business days.

RETURN SHIPPING
Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item arrived damaged or defective.

DAMAGED OR DEFECTIVE ITEMS
If your order arrives damaged or defective, email us within 7 days of delivery with a photo — we'll replace it or refund you in full, free of charge.

EXCHANGES
Want a different print? Return your item and place a new order.

NON-RETURNABLE
For hygiene reasons, used or washed towels cannot be returned unless defective.
