COOLARC ships to all 50 U.S. states.

PROCESSING TIME
Orders are processed within 1–2 business days (Mon–Fri, excluding holidays). You'll receive a tracking number by email once your order ships.

SHIPPING RATES & DELIVERY
• Standard Shipping — $8 (3–7 business days)
• Express Shipping — $15 (2–3 business days)
• FREE Standard Shipping on all orders over $29

ORDER TRACKING
Once shipped, you'll receive a tracking link by email. Please allow up to 48 hours for tracking to update.

DELAYS
Delivery times are estimates and may be affected by carrier delays, weather, or peak periods. COOLARC is not liable for carrier-caused delays once an order has shipped.

INCORRECT ADDRESS
Please double-check your shipping address at checkout. We cannot be responsible for orders sent to an incorrectly entered address.
